2. HOW DO I MAINTAIN THE DIFFERENT TEXTURES?
Shampoo once a week and rinse with lukewarm water. Apply conditioner and detangle with a wide-tooth comb. Starting with the ends, work your way up to the scalp. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry.
3. CAN I COLOR THE HAIR?
The answer is yes! You can color your hair! This is 100% raw hair that has not been processed in any way. Once you color your hair it has now become processed. Be sure to treat your newly colored hair with conditioner and moisturizer appropriately.
4. DOES THE HAIR SHED?
There is minimum shedding that occurs. This hair should never have noticeable or drastic decreases in density or volume.
5. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
We recommend different amounts of bundled hair based on the range in lengths. The length and corresponding bundle is listed below:
-12-16 inches=2 or more bundles
-18-24 includes =3 or more bundles.
-26-30 inches you need 4 or more
-30 plus includes=5 or more
Basically, the longer the hair the shorter the weft.
6. WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCT SHOULD BE USED?
Use good quality shampoo and conditioner, and avoid using alcohol based products because it will be much more likely to dry out the hair. You can also apply oil however if you notice any dryness. We recommend a small amount of Argean oil or Moroccan oil.
7. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF EACH BUNDLE?
The weight of each bundle ranges from 3.2, 3.5, or 4 oz.
8. HOW DO I CARE FOR CURLY/WAVY HAIR?
Wash with lukewarm water using products that are compatible with your hair texture. Do not rub or massage hair against itself, and wash in a downward motion. Apply conditioner to the hair, and leave on for approximately 30 minutes. Gently towel blot the hair, followed by air drying. For the best curl pattern, before going to bed, braid or twist your hair after its dry. For best results, do not sleep on damp hair, and instead use a satin cap or satin pillow case.
