All sales are final!
 
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately for a suitable exchange.
You may exchange hair within 7 days from original purchase date. All hair must be in its natural state and unused (unwashed, no chemicals, unravel or cutting of the weft) in original packaging. If you select a product of greater value you will be responsible for all additional cost. You will also be responsible for shipping cost unless we are at fault. 
 
SHIPPING
Please do not wait last minute to place your order. Orders should be placed in advance to allow for any unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate after your order has been processed based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.
Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days. Business days are Mon-Fri. Please make sure all information is accurate when placing your order. NO REFUND will be issued for REFUSED or ABANDONED shipment. 
Billing address must match the address associated with the card. Your shipping and billing address can be different as long as the billing address matches the associated card.
Wholesale and large orders may require additional processing time unless a rush fee is paid.

US Shipping
Overnight shipping is processed the same day if ordered by 3pm. If not it will be processed the next business day
Priority is 2-3 days
Standard is 3-5 days
International
5- 10 business days

Please note shipping does not include processing time.
Once your order has been processed then a tracking number will be provided. 
Processing time for items in stock is 2-5 days. Custom orders require 7-10 days to process.
